Griffith Community FM Association is looking for a Part-Time on Air presenter. See Job Description below.

There is a possibility that this position could become full time in the future for the correct applicant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title. Presenter (Part Time) Dj

Hours. Between 15 and 24 Per Week,                                            Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (Excluding Public holidays)

Pay. Award

Duties.

• Produce and deliver local news.

• Plan and host “The weekday mix” (12.00-3pm) Monday Wednesday and Friday, using a mix of genres of both old and mew music styles.

• Other on air activities including,

  • Interviews with local newspaper representative and representatives from community groups.

  • Community calendar.

  • Requests.

• Answer phones

• Audio production of Sponsorship and Community Service Announcements, Station ID,s and Promotion etc.. (training will be provided)

• Public Relations (station promotions)

• Sponsorship sales.

• Assist with tasks involved in running the station as required.

• Adhere to Griffiths Community FM association’s policies and Code of Conduct and current Constitution when broadcasting/representing the station.

• Other duties as requested.
